Facility & Maintenance Manager - Italy, Paterno' - Permanent Contract

Are you local to Paterno and looking for your next contract assignment? Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation, are recruiting for a Facility & Maintenance Manager to join their newly assembled team and help contribute towards the development of their next core projects.  

What you'll do:
  • Lead the maintenance strategy across production equipment, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and site infrastructure
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, aligned with GMP and EHS standards
  • Own and optimise our CMMS system, ensuring accurate asset tracking, work order management, and performance reporting
  • Manage critical utilities (WFI, HVAC, compressed air, purified water, etc.) to ensure up time and regulatory compliance
What you'll need:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Requires extensive experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within API or pharmaceutical production
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms, technical documentation, and regulatory standards
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors
