Facilities Manager - Norway – Initial 12 Month-Contract – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager support their project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of contractor accommodation facilities.
• Ensure all rooms, apartments, and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage room allocations, occupancy levels, and resident records.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and accommodation onboarding processes.
• Resolve accommodation-related issues promptly and professionally.

What you’ll do:

• Extensive experience in Facilities Management, Accommodation Management, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or Workforce Housing.
• Experience managing residential accommodation, hotels, worker camps, student housing, or large-scale welfare facilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
