Facilities Management Transformation Lead – UK, Remote – 6 Months Initial Contract QCS are partnered with a leading international packaging company and supporting them with staffing solutions across their CAPEX projects in EMEA. As an organisation, our client is redefining packaging for a changing world and plan to become the leading supplier of sustainable packaging solutions. We are looking for a Facilities Management Transformation Lead on a 6 month contract to work remotely for our client’s project based.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our client’s FM transformation programme across EMEA.
- Oversee transformation of FM procurement activities, including sourcing models, supplier consolidation, and contract optimisation.
- Establish best-in-class FM practices across facilities, aligning with industrial operational requirements.
- Act as a key change agent, engaging senior leadership, site teams, and functional stakeholders.

What you’ll need:
- Proven track record delivering large-scale FM transformation programmes, ideally across EMEA.
- Strong background in facilities management within industrial or heavy industrial environments (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, energy, logistics).
- Significant exposure to FM procurement, supplier strategy, and contract management.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site, international organisations.
