Engineering Project Manager – UK, Liverpool – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived, and recombination therapeutic products, who in turn deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases, and we are now searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint an Engineering Project Manager to support their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 6 months.

What you’ll deliver:

• Look after maintenance teams and services teams
• Manage shift team managers (no shift work) – 2 shift teams – 4 direct reports across 3 functions, electrical, ETA, Utilities
• Work with and liaise with key stakeholders
• Work with HM looking at future strategy for the teams, process improvement, team efficiency etc

Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience
• Pharmaceutical experience not essential but the preferred industry – background across multiple industries would be great
• People that are used to waterworks/water plants
• Services/Utilities background
• Engineering/maintenance background
• Previously worked in a fast-paced environment
