Electrical Technician

Electrical Technician - Kamenar, Bulgaria - 6 Month Contract

What you'll do:

• Maintenance & Service: Performing regular maintenance, and corrective maintenance on turbines. 
• Installation & Commissioning: Participating in pre-assembly, installation of towers, nacelles, rotors, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical (gears, bearings, hydraulics) and electrical (converters, controllers, cabling) issues.
• Component Exchange: Performing major component exchanges (MCE), including gearboxes, generators, and blades.
• Safety & Reporting: Following strict GWS safety protocols, using proper PPE, and documenting all work and inspections.

What you'll need:

• GWOs
• Medical (fit-to-work)
• Goldwind Turbine Technician Training – advantageous.
