Electrical Construction Manager – Eastern Germany – Initial 6-Month Contract – Data Centres & Advanced Manufacturing

Are you an Electrical Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support an advanced manufacturing facilities provider based in eastern Germany, on an initial 6-month contract.

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as an Electrical Construction Manager.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors on site
• Drive programme progress and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Oversee installation activities, delivery schedules, HSE compliance and quality performance
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports
• Conduct site inspections, walk-downs and snagging reviews
• Support the wider project team to ensure safe and successful project delivery

Experience required:

• Proven background as an Electrical Construction Manager on major industrial or mission-critical projects
• Strong subcontractor management experience
• Experience driving programme delivery in a fast-paced construction environment
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality processes
• Previous experience within semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or similar complex projects would be advantageous
