We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Aligning workforce levels on site to match planned demand and construction schedule requirements.
• Maintain accurate and reliable workforce forecasts, including ramp-up and demobilization planning.
• Providing clear visibility of workforce data, trends, and risks for project leadership.
• Drive alignment between GC execution and client/project workforce expectations.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating workforce gaps or constraints.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in construction workforce planning or project controls.
• Strong knowledge of construction craft roles and site workforce dynamics.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Expertise in workforce forecasting, ramp planning, and data analysis.
• Hands-on collaboration with site, construction, and contractor teams.
