Construction Project Manager (EMEA) - Remote Working - Permanent Contract

Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators.

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to join their team to work remotely.

What you’ll do:

• Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds and expansions, including the ownership of the project scope and timeline
• Provide construction management in specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centres
• Review of constructability of electrical and mechanical system and building designs associated with the construction of new data centres and expansions or the optimisation of existing data centres (working with electrical & mechanical design engineers)
• Create project scope and equipment requirements, assist with request for proposals for vendors and contractors

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or extensive work experience in design, construction or program management in mission critical facilities
• Good knowledge of data centre design
• Able to understand and interpret construction related drawings
• Good knowledge of data centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure and equipment
