Construction and Logistics Senior Manager – US, New York – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Ireland is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting assignment has arisen to support a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in the picturesque Tarrytown on an initial 12 month contract. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the liaison between all members of the Loop Road project team, the Director of Facilities Project Management and head of Engineering, Design and Construction (ED&C), advising them of project and program schedule status and any critical issues / milestones related to the progress of individual projects and the over-all program.
• Assist in the development of presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Produce periodic Technical Issue Tracking updates that represent open issues and memorialize
  completed resolutions.
• Analyzes CMs means and methods and logistics plans for constructability including sequence
  of the work by the trades.

Experience required:

• Qualification: Bachelors or Masters of Architecture, Engineering or
• Construction Management
• Professional licensure preferred
• Extensive experience 
• Supervisory Experience
• Extensive experience with Pharmaceutical R&D facilities
