Access Control & Pest Management Specialist – Frankfurt, Germany – Initial 18-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Looking for your next project? We’re looking for an Access Control & Pest Management Specialist to join a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for an Access Control & Pest Management Specialist to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll deliver:

• Maintain rigorous, audit-ready data logs detailing all pest monitoring, exclusion activities, and perimeter investigations in accordance with GMP. (ALCOA+).
• Execute and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to contamination control, cleanroom entry, and pest sighting responses.
• Participate directly in regulatory agency audits (e.g., FDA, MHRA) and internal quality assessments regarding facility integrity.
• Audit material airlocks (MALs), personnel airlocks (PALs), and loading bays to guarantee environmental containment rules are enforced.

Experience required:

• BPCA / RSPH Award in Pest Management (or equivalent regional certification).
• Security industry credentials (e.g., SIA) are a strong advantage.
• Experience in a pest management or facility containment role, with at least 1 year directly inside a GMP-regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Devices)
• Deep understanding of cleanroom classifications (ISO classes), contamination control zones, validation protocols, and hygienic engineering principles.
• Superior technical writing skills for detailing deviations, corrective actions, and preventative measures within quality management systems.
