Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a WPO Clean Utilities to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.
Our Client is designing a new facility to expand their current and future product portfolio within serious chronic diseases. The facility will be designed as a multi-product facility to accommodate current and future processes and displaying state-of the-art technology and working environment. As a future-proof and cost-effective facility, the construction will focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors in relation to construction readiness and a schedule for all Clean Utility systems, perform and lead all field walk downs for all Clean Utility systems.
- Ensure Commissioning readiness of all Clean Utility Systems to support.
- Always ensure full traceability for all Clean Utility systems. Liaise with all Project Groups (Design/CM/CQV/Automation/Process/SMEs/Ops/Maintenance/PMs) to ensure all Clean Utility Systems are managed appropriately for the entire Project Lifecycle.
- Supporting the commissioning, qualification, and validation activities on the Clean Utilities as part of the Expansion project. Clean utilities scope includes and is not limited to; clean steam, clean water, purified water, WFI. (Water for Injection).
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in engineering.
- Proven experience (5 years) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- French Ideally. However, If they are Irish/ European with the right experience they will consider.
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- French and Speaking English is a nice to have however not a deal breaker.
- Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.
- Experience within Clean Utilities such as clean steam, clean water, purified water, WFI (Water for injection).
- Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organising and planning skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, local vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.
- Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem solver with a focus on achievement of overall project goals.
- Computer skills (Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Visio, Microsoft Project)
