Responsibilities:
- Prepare and plan maintenance or improvement work on the production installations within the construction competency, with the aim of having the assignments carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Determining the nature and scope of the work (disciplines of scaffolding, painting, insulation, welding and installation of metal constructions, including GRP constructions).
- Making cost calculations, ordering materials and/or services.
- Planning the work in consultation with the production service coordinator.
- You distribute these works among the various in-house contractors, supervise and monitor the progress and quality of the works in progress.
- Look for opportunities to solve recurring problems and present them to the maintenance manager and production department.
- Have work pieces drawn and manufactured together with the CAD-CAM draftsmen in our own construction workshop or with external suppliers.
Requirements:
- in possession of a professional bachelor's degree with a specialisation in mechanics and preferably with several years of relevant work experience.
- a broad technical interest that transcends your own discipline.
- technical insight enables you to approach and solve technical problems objectively.
- fluent with PC and in addition to Dutch you have a good knowledge of English.
- independent and functions perfectly in a small team.
- systematically so that you can complete your tasks within the requested time limit.
- creative in solving problems and is open to learning new things
