Document Controller - UK, London - Contract

Are you passionate about playing a role in the green energy transition? Do you want to work for one of the best-established developers in offshore wind?

Our client is a leading developer in the industry, owning and developing projects across all major and emerging offshore wind markets. They are now recruiting with a superb new opportunity for a Document Controller to join them on their project based in London.

With a significant track record of successfully delivering projects and a vast project pipeline across the UK, Europe and emerging international markets, this is an incredibly exciting time to join them in their current project.
 
What you'll do:
  • To work within the Document Management function for Offshore projects
  • Assist Project Managers & Teams to support document workflow requirements and methods
  • To execute the function task of ensuring traceability for all documentation during all phases of the project, including handover and operations
  • To be complicit in the implementation and continual adherence of the company’s document control procedures and processes
What you'll need:
  • Relevant experience in a document controller role 
  • A good understanding of document management processes and practices
  • Previous experience working in large multidiscipline engineering projects within a document control function
  • Experience of document management EDMS systems, utilised within a project team
