Work Permit Coordinator – Contract – Netherlands

Do you want to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects?

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Work Permit Coordinator.

This a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the critical investment projects both on-site and remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • First point of contact within IPT for new TRAs (Task Risk Analysis), lifting plans, work plans and other questions about the safe execution of projects and / or maintenance work.
  • Prepare and develop SWA (Start Werk Analyse) for lower risk work and work permit for higher risk works.
  • The work permit coordinator is empowered to sign the permit as Applicant / Overall LOTOTO-Line break specialist.
  • Communicates and supervises the prescribed provisional activities, if surroundings of work are safe and involved personnel (contractor and supervisor) is sufficiently informed about work method and safety measures.
Desirable Experience:
  • Familiar with construction diagrams (P&ID, construction drawing, circuit diagram, MS Project planning)
  • Good balance between collaboration and guarding safety requirements
  • Strong personality able to act when needed
  • Excellent communication skills: with shop floor and construction/project management
