Talent Acquisition Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to cover a maternity leave period.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the internal Recruitment team
  • Self-source candidates themselves for open vacancies
  • Mentor and drive the activity of the Talent acquisition team
  • Deliver monthly reporting in line with the Business Unit hiring strategy, including ROI and key activity
  • Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support supervision and management of daily sourcing activity
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver resourcing campaigns
About you:
  • Experience of working as a TA Manager
  • Proven background developing and managing recruiters (at least 1 person)
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience working towards targets and goals
