The Candidate Experience Lead reports directly to the VP of US and will be working in the US Contractor Onboarding and Operations team, as well as work closely with the Management, Sales, Contracts & Compliance and Finance Teams both in the UK and US.
This role is integral to the team and will be the contact point for contractors bridging the part of the process between offer and start date for our contractors.
Candidate Experience Lead responsibilities include:
- Completing all employment checks / screenings, rights to work as well as manage the onboarding process for all our US based contractors
- Ensuring all information is obtained & saved on their profiles – as well as communicating well with our UK Contracts & Compliance team
- Post placement to ensure all information is obtained (LLC information, insurance documentation, working with W2 providers to gain required information)
- Be the main point of contact for any timesheet issues and ensuring all contractors have access – working closely with our UK Finance Team
- Be the main point of contact for all suppliers and onboarding services
- Supporting the compliance audit processes plus implementing new compliance processes
- Being responsible for managing any compliance audit processes (annual LLC tax certificates etc.)
- Assisting with external audits
- Act as team representative during new client implementations, building new partnerships and continuing with excellent communication on existing partnerships too
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience of onboarding clients and contractors
- Proven history in balancing compliance and commercial approaches to business
- Knowledge of working with contractors; LLC / C2C /W2
- Knowledge of North American legislation impacting the recruitment and staffing sector
- Highly experienced in the back end of the recruitment process
