Senior Project Scheduler - Chartres, France - 6-Months

Our client is a leading global healthcare company, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Denmark. Their purpose is to drive change to defeat serious chronic diseases, built upon their heritage in diabetes. They do so by pioneering scientific breakthroughs, expanding access to their medicines, and working to prevent and ultimately cure disease. 


Role and responsibilities
  • Ensuring robustness and completeness of NNP6 schedule.
  • Coordinating with other schedulers the interfaces inside the project.
  • Presenting schedule to the project management team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines (risk, change, reporting) to drive towards project goals in keeping with the client's principles of trust, transparency and teamwork.
  • Manage the development, change and improvement of the Integrated Master Schedule providing planning expertise to the project and programme team.
  • Identify, adapt, evaluate and provide solutions to issues arising (schedule optimisation)
  • Manage the change process and analyse schedule impact
  • Display and evaluate the project critical path and advise the project team of the results and any appropriate corrective action.
  • Produce project reports or data directly from planning software (Primavera OPC) arranging data to ensure alignment with the financial software.
  • Understanding and reporting on a project using earned value analysis techniques and interpret/communicate the results and any corrective action to the project team.
  • Establish and manage schedule for its perimeter
  • Work in collaboration with all schedulers of the team to follow all interfaces
  • Challenge and ensure alignment between different WPs
  • Follow up on actions with WPOs
  • Call for meetings
 
Experience required
  • Experience in project scheduling
  • Experience in pharma industry (CQV) is mandatory (at least 5-10 years)
  • Experience in installation of aseptic production process is mandatory
  • Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud experience
  • Language is English in the project, so English skills is mandatory
