Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert to solve Ariba and SAP issues.
- Supporting the Local Ariba Hero’s (key users) in their first line Q&A role
- Part of the central project team but sitting in the local site.
- Create/Update Local Training material.
- Execute user acceptance testing in case of changes.
- Conduct Ariba trainings
- Support central suppliers enablement team
- Review the wave plan (within implementation of Ariba) with local P&T buyers.
- Explain Enablement process & impacts locally.
- Escalate (supplier, catalog, language) issues or solves lost in translation between local P&T & central team.
- Set-up Webinars for suppliers in local language (Q&A)
- Communication with local suppliers in the local language
- Support the global implementation change plan, indicate localisation needs, to foster adoption within the regions.
- List & manage Stakeholders to ensure employees at all levels are considered.
- Track resistance to change with the users, supervisors and report Issues.
- The eyes and the ears of the user community
- As team member, contribute and implement the agreed upon strategy and ensure alignment
- Support the implementation of the Global Template
- Profound knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes
- Expert in Ariba, preferable upstream and downstream
- SAP MM/PM knowledge is a plus
- Communicative
- Working minimum 3 days onsite
- Expert in the local language
