Safety Representative – Ohio – Life Sciences – Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Safety Representative to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting Safety Inspections
  • Developing and Implementing Safety Plans
  • Owning root cause investigations for safety events
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
  • Emergency Response Planning
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Liaison Between Employees and Management, Acting as a bridge between floor activities and leadership to address safety concerns.
  • Resource Management, Ensuring that all necessary safety equipment and resources are available and properly maintained.
Skills and Experience:
  • Construction safety experience
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR)
  • Live Equipment Safety
  • Hazard Communication
