Risikomanager/in (m/w/d) - Deutschland - 18-monatige Vertragsposition

Wir rekrutieren im Auftrag eines führenden globalen Pharmaunternehmens mit Sitz in der Umgebung von Germany. Aufgrund einer großen Kapitalinvestition und mehreren Projekten vor Ort sucht der Kunde einen Risikomanager /in (m/w/d), der das Team verstärkt.

Risikomanager/in (m/w/d) 
  • Umfeld: Ein System und ein Workflow sind vorhanden, und es wurde begonnen, ein Risikoregister aufzubauen.
  • Benötigt: Ein/e Berater/in (m/w/d), der/die dem Projekt durch Risikomanagement Mehrwert bringt.
  • Herausforderung: Es gibt keine risikobasierte Kontingenz – dies ist derzeit nicht ausreichend definiert.
  • Beteiligung: Steuerungsausschuss.
  • Rollenbeschreibung: Risikoverantwortliche/r (m/w/d) für das Projekt – eine Person, die als Ansprechpartner/in für Risiko innerhalb des Programms fungiert.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Diese Person wird parallel zur Vertrags- und Anspruchsmanagement-Person arbeiten.
  • Verbindung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit PCM- und Bauteams.
Über den/die Berater/in (m/w/d):
  • Person: Eine Persönlichkeit mit Präsenz und umfangreicher Erfahrung.
  • Eigenschaften: Sehr kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und umgänglich.
  • Einstellung: Muss bereit sein, Arbeiten von anderen zu übernehmen und sie in Risikofragen zu unterstützen.
Erfahrung:
  • Branche: Erfahrung in einer beliebigen Branche ist willkommen, solange Kenntnisse von Bauprojekten im CAPEX- oder Greenfield-Umfeld vorhanden sind.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (wichtig, da die Verträge auf Deutsch verfasst sind).
  • Arbeitsweise: Vor Ort an drei Tagen pro Woche, die anderen zwei Tage sind hybrid möglich.
