Recruitment Consultant – Denmark

Quanta is a privately owned successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992.

We provide specialist Contract and Permanent Recruitment services within very specific industry sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. We employ +80 staff and have 3 offices:
  • Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK
  • Dublin, Ireland
  • USA
Having a huge presence within the Danish market we are looking to expand further and are seeking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing business.

Key objectives of this role:
  • Be the first Quanta representative in Denmark to help & support local clients
  • To help & grow Quanta’s the local network in Denmark
  • To help generate new business, growing Quanta’s already big presence, following our great success over the last 3 years 
  • Meeting customers and candidates in person at short notice and be more present to being able to support local clients
  • Work together as One Team, in line with Quanta’s values
Responsibilities, Goals & Tasks:
  • Having generated new client requests for contract staff the Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates
  • Undertake searches on the company’s database, job boards and LinkedIn and contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities, to update their records and to obtain recent CV’s.  To ‘network’ the requirement in a positive manner to gain referrals and sales leads. To make effective use of the internal Training Material available
  • The preparation and sending of CV’s to clients
  • The arrangement of interviews including the provision of travel information where appropriate
  • Working closely with the Contracts & Compliance team in matters relating to tax and social costs
  • After the contract consultant commencing the assignment, to maintain an ongoing liaison and to ensure that any issues or problems relating to matters concerning the assignment are dealt with swiftly and effectively
  • Always represent and project the best Company image in line with the Company’s core values
  • Maintain excellent staff relations in terms of personal activities and to always maintain the company’s interest uppermost.
  • Ensure that extensions to contract assignments are handled in an efficient manner
