Quality Systems Specialist  - Copenhagem, Denmark - 6 Months Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage and enhance the QMS (Quality Management Systems) and align with best practices.
  • Support internal quality improvements, revamp core quality processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the effective operation of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Drive initiatives to streamline and optimise QMS processes for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a program for process design and management
  • Conduct and lead internal audits to ensure QMS compliance and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of internal audit processes.
  • Support in preparing for external audits, including certification and re-certification processes.
  • Lead efforts in adopting and integrating LEAN methodologies within the quality and operational processes.
Desirable Experience:
  • Strong experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Proven experience in conducting and improving internal audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to revamp and optimise QMS processes.
  • Knowledge of business process management and formalised process design methodologies.
  • Trained in the implementation of LEAN principles, with practical experience in applying them across various processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
