Project Manager - US, North Carolina - Long Term Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facility qualification (EMPQ) projects.
  • Ensure all activities are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Engineering, Validation, and Operations to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Qualification Activities: Oversee the development and execution of qualification protocols (Such as PQ) for facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all qualification activities meet GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Lead the EMPQ process, including the design and execution of environmental monitoring plans to assess the cleanliness and suitability of facilities for manufacturing.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure that all qualification such as EMPQ activities are thoroughly documented. Review and approve qualification protocols, reports, and other related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Requires extensive Equipment experience on Large Scale Biopharmaceutical Projects
  • PM experience heavily in bringing facilities together
  • Clean Room experience
  • Experience on a large capital project
  • Experience bring facilities together
  • Clean Room start up experience
