Project Manager - Pharmaceuticals - North Carolina - 12-Month Contract+ 

Our client is a leader in helping address some of the world’s biggest science, health, and environmental challenges. The company work together to accelerate research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics, drive laboratory productivity and produce life-saving treatments for patients.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues and address challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, cGMP) and company standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of work.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, challenges, and changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure that all changes are documented and approved by relevant stakeholders.
