This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Controls Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing a One Team environment characterized by open, effective communication, collaboration, and respect for diverse experiences and ideas.
- Leading a large and diverse program controls team effectively
- Governance of project controls standards across the program and contractor communicates.
- Specifications for schedule certainty, specifically with the contractors that will deliver the work.
- Specifications for cost certainty, cost reduction, and cost controls
- Change control during design development to maintain target cost.
- Developing the budget estimate through to key design stages and decision points
- Forecasting cashflow monthly to achieve 95% accuracy.
- Change management for the lifecycle of the program
- Risk management for the lifecycle of the program
- Processes for monitoring progress and/or earned value.
- Processes for effect invoice and payment application validation
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of Project Management Scheduling concepts (Activity Definition and Sequencing, Resource Estimating, Activity Duration Estimating, CPM and Baseline analysis, Earned Value, etc.)
- 5 years of experience with Enterprise Portfolio Scheduling Software tool (Primavera P6)
- Experience in a project, construction or industrial business environment
- Experience in Utility Operations
