Project Administrator / Executive Assistant - Rotterdam, Netherlands - 12 months+ 

We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company situated in multiple locations near Germany. With significant capital investment and numerous ongoing projects, our client seeks a skilled Project Administrator to strengthen their team.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Administrative support for the construction site and Project Management team.
  • Office Management; managing the facilities within the temporary office containers on the construction site. Organising desks, PPE, onboarding of consultants, deliveries.
  • Keeping record of contractor certifications and contact details.
  • Point of contact within the office space for construction site security.
  • Organising travel for Snr Management team visiting site. Ensuring safety of team.
  • Maintain project distribution lists & Org Charts.
  • Management of meeting room & catering requirements (on/off site)
  • Act as the point of contact for construction site queries.
  • General ad hoc project administration tasks.
  • Fluency in German and English
