Procurement Administrator/ Coordinator - Rotterdam - 12 months+ 

We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company situated in multiple locations around Germany. With significant capital investment and numerous ongoing projects, our client seeks a skilled Project Controls Manager to strengthen their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support to Procurement Director and team.
  • Department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface and all RFQ correspondence.
  • Utilising Associated system such as SAP to raise and process invoices/ issue payments and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
  • Preparation of departmental agenda’s, reports, presentations & minute taking.
  • Maintain procurement database in line with both project and corporate approved organisations.

Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Database Management and documentation coordination experience within a fast paced environment.
