Planner - Italy, Milan - 12 Months Contract 

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Planner. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Responsibilities:
  • Project Portfolio Planning and Scheduling for data centre projects
  • Resource Allocation and Optimisation
  • Risk Assessment and Proactive Mitigation
  • Cross-Project Collaboration and Communication
  • Cost Management and Budget Adherence
  • Comprehensive Documentation and Reporting
  • Collaborating closely with project cost estimators and controllers
  • Provide frequent updates on project status, deviations, and potential schedule impacts
  • Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to monitor the allocation of essential resources
Requirements:
  • Utilise advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to create and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Large Scale Construction Projects
