Senior Cost Consultant - Netherlands, Amsterdam - Permanent Contract 

QCS staffing are partnered with a leading independent company who combine engineering, design and consultancy services with software and technology to deliver complex projects across the globe. Our client’s projects include those in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, Transport and Water sectors to name a few.

Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, security technology and project management to name a few.

To support with these projects and their continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Senior Cost Consultant in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:
  • Budget provisions: investment costs, construction costs and operating costs
  • Design control based on budget, planning and risk
  • Investment cost, construction cost and operating cost estimates during design phases
  • Tender advice and second opinions
Requirements:
  • Higher vocational education or university working and thinking level
  • Work experience in both the contracting and consultancy industry
  • Experience with budget and cost determination/estimation of international projects
  • Analytical thinking ability, strong communication and empathic skills
  • Work experience with industrial manufacturing sites
