MEP Commissioning Manager - Northern Netherlands - 12-Month Contract

Are you a MEP Commissioning Manager looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Northern Netherlands on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest MEP Commissioning Manager. Explore your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all legal and Company safety requirements are met.
  • Ensure that all Company / Consortium procedures are fulfilled, and that relevant information is communicated to all staff.
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers and potential customers and their respective advisors.
  • In partnership with the Business Manager and Human Resources, ensure that the project(s) employ(s) enough qualified personnel, and that future human resources requirements are known, identified and planned.
  • Ensure a thorough cost control on the project.
  • Ensure, as far as possible and foreseeable, that the company's interests are protected during all project phases, included the post contract discussions.
  • Lead by example by setting standards of behaviour and conduct on the project.
  • Communicate the Group's project strategy to the entire project team and ensure that objectives are deployed, understood, and met.
  • Interface with the purchasing leader during the bidding/negotiation/construction phases.
  • Manage the works program together with the Construction Manager.
  • Will be reporting into the PD & responsible for the Electrical Package 

Show your expertise:
  • University degree in science and/or engineering (or equivalent), with significant project management experience on complex projects.
  • Construction experience required, proven records in Project Management for the construction of high tech facilities for industrial clients required.
  • Good Level of English (B2 minimum requirement)
  • Fluent French (clients language).
  • Valid Schengen work permit required for non-European applicants.
  • Highly appreciated :Experience in a multicultural context
