Mechanical Package Manager - France, Paris - Permanent Contract 

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join their expanding Data Centre project team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of all information related to specific data centre projects. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of information management and design standards, ensuring successful delivery at each stage.

Responsibilities:
  • The Mechanical Package Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the mechanical package
  • This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition
  • They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the mechanical package management process whilst working close with the Project Lead
  • He/she must ensure that our client’s safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on their projects
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles complex large scale projects (DC experience has been relaxed due to how difficult it has been to find good candidates in Paris)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records
  • Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities
  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Applicable Safety for Managers training
