When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Learning and Development Lead.
This a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the critical investment projects both on-site and remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assess and prioritise training needs for the site (e.g. through consultation with L&D
- Lead, managers/ system owners, and subject matter experts), with reference to the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
- Support managers and individuals by providing information, advice and resources in order to promote a high performing organisation. This includes design and delivery of customised training plans for new and existing employees.
- Provide guidance for the design of training programs and assist in evaluation of training activities.
- Develop training content including materials and/or training aids required to deliver training programs.
- Facilitate classroom and skills training as required.
- Expert knowledge of principles and methods for design and delivery of training material.
