Lead Document Controller - Pharmaceuticals - County Roscommon, Ireland 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Lead Document Controller to join them on their new expansion project. Based in County Roscommon location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, implementing, and managing document control processes
  • Maintaining documents and revisions to the EDMS to ensure complete and up-to-date repository of information that is correctly audited from all parties
  • Distributing information to the relevant internal, designs and client teams
  • Ensuring compliance across all project's information in line with standards, protocols, and security measures
  • Liaising with external consultants and subcontractors regarding document management and approval requirements
  • Producing and regularly updating trackers and reports for the project to record progress and update the team
  • QA checking information to company information standards and ensuring it is distributed to the relevant workflows and reviewed appropriately by internal teams

Requirements:
  • Multiple projects as a Lead overseeing documentation
  • DALUX software experience ideal
