Estimator - Finland, Kouvola - 12 Months Contract

Are you a Estimator looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Finland on an initial 12 months contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Estimator. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!

Responsibilities:
  • Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare and support estimates
  • Review project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope
  • Support estimating organisation in database development and benchmarking, work with corporate stakeholders to gather data relevant to estimating
  • Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages
  • Complete all labor, material, equipment and subcontract pricing
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA etc.)
  • Degree or further education in a relevant field
  • Prior estimating experience is required, ideally within Data Centres
