Small Equipment Engineer– Contract – North Carolina

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the small equipment list (owner’s equipment list) and ensure the following:
    • All small equipment has a system owner identified
    • All small equipment has a cost identified
    • All small equipment has been categorized as “direct impact” (GMP) vs. “no impact” (non-GMP)
    • All small equipment has a need by date
    • All small equipment that has been received has been indicated as such
    • Hold regular status meetings with small equipment owners (e.g. Quality Control, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) to ensure all equipment is on track
    • Act as system owner for Engineering small equipment (e.g. incubators, autoclave bag sealers, etc.).  Note that this role would not be the system owner for Quality Control, Warehouse, or Manufacturing small equipment.
