Project Manager - Paris, France - 9 Months Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • The client identified a number of challenges with the EPC contractor and need someone to come in and support in overcoming these challenges and pre-empting future challenges.
  • They need someone to come in and deep dive to secure all the boundaries and interfaces look in to the studies that have been done and identify / anticipate all the potential problems.
  • Someone with a technical and commercial mindset.
  • Looking for someone who has a strong ability to lead and communicate effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • This role requires a leader who can foster smooth interactions with various project actors, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Additionally, it is crucial that this person can handle pressure and drive the project forward, especially given the importance of the schedule.
Desirable Experience:
  • Clear and straightforward communication is a must.
  • Pharma experience is not essential for this role. 
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager in major construction projects
  • Ideally from a regulated industry GMP not essential
  • Must be a strong communicator with a technical and commercial mindset
  • Able to handle pressure and drive the project forwards providing solutions for challenges
