Electrical Construction Manager - Milan - 12-Month Contract 

Are you a Electrical Construction Manager  looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Milan on an initial 12-Month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Electrical Construction Manager. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!


Responsibilities:
  • Construction management of mission critical high-tech industrial projects, with an electrical bias
  • Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality 
  • Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, as well as overall oversight of the activities on construction site
  • Documentation of the construction progress and reporting to construction managers
  • Site inspections, acceptance inspections and meetings
  • Measurement creation and verification of submitted documents from subcontractors

 Requirements: 
  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
  • Experience in construction management would be a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
