CSA Package Manager - Data Centre Project - Frankfurt - 12-Months

We are working with an organisation who is a dynamic and innovative real estate company, serving as both a developer and investor with a primary focus on logistics real estate. They are expanding our portfolio to include cutting-edge data centre development projects and are therefore seeking experienced data centre professionals.

Responsibilities: 
  • The Construction Package Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the relevant packages.
  • This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.
  • They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the package management process whilst reporting to the Project Lead. He/she must ensure that safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on our projects.
  • They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline. 

Qualifications:
  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in delivering general contractor or developer roles for DC Development projects. Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus 
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.
  • Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities
  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Applicable Safety for Managers training.
