CQV Node Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Months Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CQV Node Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for C&Q Program Lead.
  • Create and implement comprehensive C&Q strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure regulatory compliance and meet project time lines.
  • Ensure adherence to C&Q procedures and program strategies in all C&Q activities within the Node.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve C&Q practices across the Node, driving efficiency and maintaining compliance.
  • Report directly to the program leadership, providing updates on the progress, risks, and issues related to commissioning and qualification activities
  • Coordinate FATs with vendors and CMs within their node.
  • Review MC acceptance from C&Q Firms.
  • Help coordinate pre-commissioning activities
  • Liaise with the other C&Q Node Leads
  • Help manage LOTO with the mechanical team.
  • Support / lead the system handovers to the User team.
  • Report Metrics to C&Q Program Lead.
Skills and Experience:.
  • Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for commissioning and qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple C&Q activities simultaneously.
