Commissioning Manager - Data Centre Project -  Paris - 12-Month Contract 

Our client is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join their expanding Data Centre project team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of all information related to specific data centre projects. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of information management and design standards, ensuring successful delivery at each stage.


Responsibilities: 
  • The Construction Package Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the relevant packages.
  • This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.
  • They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the package management process whilst reporting to the Project Lead. He/she must ensure that safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on our projects.
  • They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline. 

Requirements: 
  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in delivering general contractor or developer roles for DC Development projects. Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus 
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.
  • Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities
  • Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Applicable Safety for Managers training.
