Commissioning Manager - Data Centre Project - London 

Our client, an experienced principal contractor who partners with some of the biggest data centre providers in the market, are currently seeking a brand-new commissioning manager. The project at hand is based in the London region, and long-term future work is expected in the area.

Achieving a huge turnover of over 200 million GBP in 2033, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with long-standing market experience and an ambition to grow even further in 2023.

With excellent staff retention rates and fantastic payrates and staff packages available, our client are known for looking after their team.


Job role
  • Oversee the commissioning activities onsite including the LV and a HV part. (ideally someone that has exposure to HV)
  • Interface with the Cx agent and the project
  • Managing schedule and labour, ensuring the right people are engaged. Arranging for testers etc.
  • Must have DC hall experience
  • Ideally electrical but it’s a manager so would consider a mechanical that has understanding of the electrical
  • Scripts are created by Cardiff Commissioning but they will have an input.

Education
  • Electrical background
  • Engineering
  • 10+ years comms experience
  • 1-2 years Data hall experience
