Cleanroom Fit-out Construction Manager - Life Sciences - North East England - 12-Month Contract  

Our clients are leading specialists in providing project management, cost management, and construction management services. They are taking on projects across Europe and the UK and this is a fantastic opportunity to join their team!

We have an exciting opportunity with this client to help deliver some of the largest and most prestigious developments in Ireland and Europe.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the main contractor’s execution of the schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other site-based planning activities.
  • Advise works progress to the client schedulers on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain daily labor reports and furnished data to the client schedulers.
  • Participate with the client engineers and understand deliverables such as System Impact
  • Assessment, Critical Component Impact Assessments, System Boundary Drawings, and Requirement Traceability Matrix).

Requirements:
  • Have at least 10 years of experience as a Clean-room and fit-out CM.
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering, Technical or Construction Discipline.
  • A tertiary qualification in quality management would be advantageous.
  • Be able to demonstrate Continued Professional Development (CPD).
