Project Planner - Denmark, Odense -  12 Month Contract 

Are you looking for your next Project Planner role? QCS has the position for you! Our client, long-standing number one provider of construction services, are searching for an Project Planner to join their team on a contractual basis.

With decades of experience delivering projects internationally, this organisation has played a significant role in the development of modern Ireland. Their growing portfolio include multiple mission critical infrastructure projects, and they continue to be at the forefront of pharmaceutical construction.

As a supplier of choice for some of the most highly respected names in the industry, and experts in the delivery of biotechnology, API, Medical Device, Laboratory and associated pharmaceutical facilities, this is an excellent organisation to join and further your engineering career.

Essential duties and responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Act as a Planner on a Data Centre project.
  • Lead in the development of the baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. All elements to be fully logic linked and have a critical path.
  • To lead in the preparation of a construction (target) programme highlighting areas of improvement against the contract programme.
  • Prepare a tender event programme for the procurement of subcontractors incorporating design release and lead in activities.
  • Maintain electronic files and administration of planning and programme documents to facilitate retrieval as required. Utilising the common data environment (CDE).
  • Provide all programme information as required support the management team.
  • To review risk and opportunities for every programme produced and highlight potential
Desirable Experience:
  • Must have Data Centre Experience (at least 1 year)
  • Previous experience of working as a project planner (2 years +)
  • Experience of working on large projects across Europe 
  • Experience using Primavera P6 is crucial
  • Available to start in the next 2 weeks
