CAPEX PM Warehouse - US, Illinois - 12 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CAPEX PM Warehouse to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee the entire design-build process, managing the design-build firm and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards throughout the design and construction of the warehouse.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between design-build teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need:
  • Extensive experience in capital project management, with specific experience in managing GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical facility projects.
  • Proven experience overseeing design-build projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects valued at over $100 million on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross- functional teams and external contractors.
