The roles we handle require specific environment knowledge: hands-on application support experience on business-critical or regulated platforms, familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and ITSM tooling including ServiceNow, and in many cases active GxP documentation experience under 21 CFR Part 11 or FCA-governed SLA management on core banking or financial services platforms.
