I am a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in business development, learning & development and operations within the technical services and staffing industries. Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination, he has built a strong foundation for his successful multi-million-pound company.

I started my career in the recruitment industry in 1999 and joined QCS Staffing in 2001. With a background in the provision of contract recruitment services within the Life Sciences sector, I possess expert industry knowledge of the sector across the globe.

I am the architect of QCS Staffing’s life sciences business unit, having set the team up in 2002, and I have invested my energy and passion for improving the quality of life for all in supporting organisations in the development and manufacturing of life changing drug products and medical devices.

Since 2007, I have been a director at QCS Staffing and have been responsible for creating a culture of investing in all colleagues futures through the introduction of a training & development programme across the entire business; I created the promotional / career programme for the sales and delivery business units and most importantly have played a lead role in creating a ‘One Team’ culture across QCS Staffing.

Outside of QCS Staffing, I have a passion for sport, in particular football and rugby spending time with my family & friends, along with being a dedicated father of two children.
