CQ Engineer - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a CQ Engineer (Thermal Mapping and Equipment Validation) to join their team.

What you'll do:
  • Support execution temperature mapping activities for critical equipment and environments.
  • Conduct P&ID walkdowns to verify system design and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of equipment such as Filling Machines, Autoclaves, or similar systems.
  • Author and manage Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documentation using Kneat, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of validation processes into project timelines.
What you'll need:
  • Proven experience in thermal/temperature mapping within GMP-regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of P&ID documentation and walkdown procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Filling Machines, Autoclaves, or comparable equipment in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
  • Proficiency in Kneat for validation documentation, including SAT/FAT lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented approach to validation activities.
