The roles we handle require specific technical knowledge: hands-on highway or drainage design experience using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, familiarity with S278, S104 and Section 38 adoption processes, and in many cases active experience coordinating with Highways England, local authorities or the Environment Agency on flood defence or coastal asset management programmes. If you have delivered civil engineering design or site delivery on highways, drainage or infrastructure projects, we know which Tier 1 contractors and consultancies are currently mobilising civils teams on major frameworks, which local authorities are scaling resource ahead of Environment Agency-funded programmes, and which capital project owners need civils leads as projects move from RIBA Stage 3 into construction.
