One of the greatest highlights of 2025 was winning APSCo’s International Recruitment Company of the Year award. Hitting Targets and Celebrating in Style
One of the standout moments of 2025 was when we smashed our quarterly target and The Board made sure the celebration matched the achievement! To reward the team’s hard work, we were treated to an unforgettable company trip to the stunning Celtic Manor Resort in Wales, while our team in the US experienced an outstanding boat trip in the Outer Banks which included dolphin watching and an amazing sunset!
The evening kicked off with a delicious meal followed by a lively dance floor, where the team celebrated in true QCS style. The next day, everyone had the chance to choose their own adventure - whether it was a round of golf on the world-class course, relaxing spa treatments, or the thrill of go-karting. It was the perfect way to recognise the dedication and teamwork that helped us hit such an important milestone.
Celebrating Each Other
We don’t just celebrate company-wide achievements, this was also a year of celebrating some truly amazing personal milestones. Several members of our team marked 10, 15 and 25 years with QCS Staffing, a testament to their loyalty, expertise, and the incredible culture we’ve built together.
To honour these anniversaries, we went all out with celebrations that reflected the spirit of QCS! From a delicious paella feast to an ice cream van serving sweet treats, these moments remind us that our success is powered by the people who make QCS what it is today.
Expressing Culture
Over the course of the year, we have indulged in many events showcasing culture and festivities. Back in March, we held our annual St Patricks day celebration, filled with games, food and a few ginger bears /leprechaun outfits…
Speaking of dressing up, in October we dedicated an evening to celebrating in true German style! Teams went head-to-head in barrel racing and stein holding competitions, followed by traditional food and drink! Qtober Fest is by far one of our most valued celebrations and a great opportunity to celebrate culture together as a company.
We Gave Back
One of our favourite things to do at QCS, is give back to our local charities as much as possible. We take the opportunity to raise money all throughout the year at events like Qtober Fest, but that’s not all – we also support fundraising days such as the MudPack Challenge and some of our team were crazy enough to take part in a sponsored sky dive! We enjoy finding fun ways to raise money for important causes and this year raised over £50k / $66k!
A Brand-New Website: A Game-Changer for QCS Staffing
One of the biggest projects of 2025 was the launch of our brand-new website - and it’s not just a refresh. This was a major upgrade designed to support our growth, improve user experience, and make life easier for candidates, clients, and our internal teams.
Why the Change?
We wanted a platform that could keep up with our ambitions. The new site includes:
- Better CMS integration for faster, more efficient updates.
- AI-powered features for smarter, more personalised experiences.
- Improved candidate journey with intuitive navigation.
- Simplified application process - fewer clicks, less friction, better conversion.
And that’s not all - we also launched a brand-new careers site for internal opportunities! This dual launch was a huge undertaking, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible efforts of our marketing, IT and leadership teams.
