TSMS Upstream Scientist - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an TSMS Upstream Scientist to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support for all upstream TS/MS technology transfer activities for gene therapy
  drug substance.
• Prepare, review, and provide technical input on upstream technical documents, including
  development reports, protocols, and risk assessments.
• Support completion of LP2 project ORP deliverables related to upstream process readiness.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and transfer of compliant upstream manufacturing
  processes for clinical and commercial supply.

What you’ll need:

• BS/BA in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field is preferred.
• Upstream process development or manufacturing experience in gene therapy, viral vectors, biologics, or similar modalities
• Hands‑on experience supporting tech transfer, scale‑up, or upstream implementation in a GMP or development environment
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret technical documentation (development reports, risk assessments, protocols)
• Familiarity with GMP expectations and regulatory considerations for gene therapy or biologics
